Atlantis Dunes Quad bike tour is utter *******!!

Atlantis Dunes Quad biking tour was the second worst day of my life- right after my mother’s funeral! First of all : you pay the exobitant fee then they charge you an extra R200 because it’s an international transaction.

How do you have a company in South Africa giving service to South Africans and still we pay international fee !! Secondly, when you finally get to the quad bike, you have to pay another R168 per person for municipality charges. Thirdly, when you get to Atlantis dunes facility, you never know which one is the staff. The boys that work there have the worst service under the sun, they are disorganized, some are plain rude (unless you are rich, they will lick your feet because you will tip them!!) and they will take you from pillar to post. Some will tell you your booking is not real you should pay at the gate the whole amount AGAIN!!! Fourthly , after spending all that money, you get to the sand dunes and for the next 1 hour it’s just sand- there is nothing you see, no water pond, animals, interesting history, rock art, picnic by the dunes!!! NOTHING You paid all that money to wonder around aimlessly in the sand. Fifthly, they tell you there will be a photo shoot when in fact it’s a time when you take out your mobile devises to take selfies. Lastly, the place is super remote (R250 from Cape Town CBD)but they tell you there is abundant Uber only to wait for 3 hours to get an Uber back to town that charges you exactly 3 times (R750) to go back. This place should be shut down, they are robbing people blind and their service is *******
