Atlantis Booking System are a **** & Dylan is arrogant & rude attitude to customers

Worst experience I have ever got in my entire life! I lost R1999 because of Dylan who couldn't careless about customer satisfaction. Dylan displayed a ****** attitude towards us and did not even want to hear our concerns as he just simply showed blatant disregards to customers. He didn't want to refund me my money after he made it clear that I can't reschedule dates and he said that unfortunately it was not his problem that their Online Booking System incorrectly booked us for the 1st of March 2023 instead of the date that we selected online which was for the 4th of March 2023.
