Booking Voucher means NOTHING
On the 17th July , Nosipho Zwane for Atlantis Corporate Travel booked a room at a Guest House for 2 nights for the 29th and 30 July 2015.Our address clearly on the Travel Agents voucher states Warner Beach.

We try to obtain customers details to confirm the booking to no avail. The guest never arrived on the 29th and on the morning of the 30th received an email to say the guest was checking out as she wanted something closer to Newcastle. The Travel agency was phoned and the situation explained. The Guest house referred their corporate guests to other guest houses for the 2 nights as they were full.

The owner has sent a copy of the CPA to Prince Ntshalintshali (Director Corporate Travel) and made contact with him and he is fully aware of the situation and the Booking Agent according to him received the required disciplinary procedures. This however does not resolve the payment and the guest house is demanding payment as this was loss of revenue and has a confirmed booking Voucher.Prince has emailed the owner back to say he is trying to find a solution? This is absurd as a Director /CPA the solution is simple \Pay the Guest House"...

"""
