The filthy Atlantida villas

This so called Villa is more of an old abandot grannies house that’s unhygienic ... The bathroom filthy old & smelly without a shower head. It has a hand shower that is greasy & filthy... On the day of checking out I called the reception to get iron no one was there to pick up... We went to reception after an hour plus to ask if they can arrange a taxi for us they did & when the taxi got there no one was there to help us with the bags...
