Bad Service

Just had a bad experience here and will not recomend this business to anyone. I normally do not write reviews but this situation calls for it. The owner kept my deposuit back of R350 as I was late an hour and 10 minutes to return the trailer. Having already spoken to Jacques ( owner) over the phone before hand that i had issues and would be a bit late. He refused to reason at all. Got aggressive was rude. Crumbled the contract and threw it in my face when asked to sign the trailer back. It was not as if he lost any business as his yard was full with the same trailers. I would understand keeping half the deposit but not all. Dude if you need to keep people's deposits to make money I surely hope you get better with your customer service relations
