Accomodation Disappointment

The apartment was dirty. Photo's on the website did NOT look like the actual place! VERY disappointed! Beds didn't have "base-covers", one shower tap was broken, blinds in bathroom and kitchen broken, novilon patches on the kitchen tops, novilon on the coffee table and tv unit in the lounge, electric wires hanging from corners on the ceiling against the wall in the lounge. The one couch in the lounge was torn on the side and just stitched up roughly. Inside of the stove was disgustingly dirty and had a bad smell of very old oil! Kitchen cupboards looks like it's swollen/damaged. The inside of the cupboards in the kitchen were also dirty and sides of the shelves chipped off. We didn’t even want to put our snacks/food in the cupboards. Kitchen counter top edging was broken in 2 places. chairs at the breakfast nook were rusted. Walls were dirty. The cupboard doors in ALL the rooms couldn't close properly. The doors on all the cupboards were damaged at the bottom. Selves inside were not level. Handles on the cupboards were loose. The whole apartments skirtings were dusty and dirty. I have photo's of everything. Even the burglar bars were dirty. The en-suite showers laminate floors had gaps in between, like it was not glued properly. The one wall plug in the main bedroom and in the lounge didn't work. The tv stand in the main bedroom were full of scratches. When we wanted to use the showers, it sounded like there were air in the pipes, then brown dirty water came out and after running the water for a while, the water was okay. The one bedroom with 2 "three-quarter" beds had single duvets on them...didn't even cover the beds properly. I was told that I will be greatly compensated by the manager of the rental agency "airagents" and in his own words “would not have stayed in a place that looks like that”, but I am still waiting for this. When I went onto Booking.com to have a look again on this property, all the dates I put in shows "sold out".
