Worst Service Ever!!!

The customer service at this place is pathetic! Quick to take money but not quick at solving problems.

We had wanted to go away for my wife's birthday and her cousin booked a surprise treatment and confirmed this in June!!! Including the dates With Debbie.

However when we got to the place on the 27th of August 2022, there was no booking that had been made even after confirming with her in the same week! We get to the place all excited and imagine our disappointment and dissatisfaction when their had been no booking made! We were told by the staff to stand outside we cannot come the building in for almost an hour while trying to sort out this mess with Debbie who was MIA and obviously have not informed her staff of this booking. After trying to get ahold of her which probably seems like 50 miss calls on her side still no word as it was almost hitting the 2 hour mark. Poor staff were the ones that had to bear the brunt of our dissatisfaction, while we were chatting to Samson who was the most helpful person at the place (maintenence guy) Kelvin or Kevin who was put in charge didn't even appear to listen to us, but instead slipped through the back entrance and made a disappearing act. While we were inside!!!

We had to spend extra money (while still no refund took place as this point) to get an alternative accommodation booking this late already had increased rates. We had to leave as this matter was clearly not going to be resolved by the *********** people put in charge to run this business.

Till this day no refund has taken place, and apparently this matter has been escalated to the owners who are apparently in UK and cannot reply to emails sent last week already about our situation. Horrible service, ********* practices, and still no resolution to our situation.
