Poor hospitality

“limited breakfast menu. Only offered bacon and eggs in 6 variations with repeated ingredients. no fresh fruit or pastries. The management have no etiquette and accused me of lying as a customer. There was a ****roach in the corridor. Management expected me to take a picture of it as proof - quite insulting. Will not recommend to anyone.”
