Let down

I wish there was a minus option. I'm a single Mom that works super hard and I wanted to spoil my son with his first spa experience. I waited weeks for a booking then was told to pay in full to secure our spot. 45min before our appointment they called to cancel. Turned all our arrangements upside down. This is the second month that I'm waiting for the promised refund and nothing. Not even a response.
