No communication

Took time out to meet for a quote as they had previously done another pool repair for us waiting over a month for a quote. Told they sent it since then no answer to calls and messages. No excuse in these times not to communicate. Had recommended them to friends but sadly they don't do small pools anymore its now summer and pool still needing to be resurfaced.
