Not settled my Trade in

About 2 months ago I bought a Bakkie from Atlantic Moto. Our agreement was that he will sell & settle my Trade in Kia truck when i buy the Bakkie. To date the Kia truck have still not been settled with the Bank but was sold already.( I have photo proof ) I am still sitting with paying the installments of the KIA.<br> I have paper trail of e-mails advising that the vehicle was sold and to cancel the insurance, also that Freddy will settle the vehicle. I never complain and this is my first post here, but obviously this matter will be handed over to my Attorney to try and resolve the issue. <br> Unfortunately the Customer who bought my Trade in also now have a huge problem as I will try and retrieve my vehicle, but Atlantic Moto needs to pay for this as it is Breach of contract. Oh this is a Company that does not respond here and does not care about these posts, it is time to take action.
