Non disclosure of faults on vehicle

I bought a Mitsubishi Colt bakkie from Atlantic Moto on 14/01/2015. Faults on bakkie was not disclosed at time of sale. Service records and books are still not supp****. The differential and the differential lock is not working.<br> The bakkie leaks oil. The rear wheel breaks is non existing. The central locking does not work. The heat gage does not work. After numerous phonecalls and a letter from my lawyer the dealer, mr Hyusamen, refuse to repair the bakkie or to reimburse my money.
