Complaints

I bought a bmw 1 series from Atlantic motors some where in November 2015 assisted by Divan till today I have not received papers for the car and the car doesn't have a licence disc . So I can't use this car until today Divan & Freddie are taking me pillar to pillar to get papers . It's becomes useless to me I bought a car cash from them I don't even owe then even a cents but it's hard to get papers I had to call them everyday then shouted me as if I owe them. Even the car radio it's never worked upon receiving a car...so far there's nothing I am enjoying with this car cz I only have to drive it in the yard. Please help if situation are like this what should I do.
