Bad Customer Service

I was hoping that Atlantic Laundry / Green Laundry in Woodstock would do the right thing, obviously, I was mistaken.

They destroyed two loads of washing in September 2019.

This is my second review on Hello Peter. In December 2019, I was asked by Atlantic Laundry to remove the negative review and that they will sort it out. I did. They didn't. I have stopped counting all the e-mails and phone calls trying to resolve this issue. All communication stopped again in early 2020.

COVID happened - so I left it.

In September 2020 I sent a follow up e-mail to ascertain what is happening regarding my damage claim (replacement value of items over R2,500). Again, very little activity for 2 days, and nothing again.

It is now over a year.....

Extremely Bad Customer Service!

Will never use Atlantic Laundry or Green Laundry again and will urge anybody I know to find another laundromat.

The question now is.......do I let this go completely or not?

Destroyed Items: - UCT Graduation Jacket - Puma Jacket - Long-sleeve work shirts & T-shirts - Bed Linen & Towels.
