Don't use Atlantic inter city long distance bus

on the 5/july/2019 i bought a bus ticket from jhb to cape town , they **** to me that the bus had everything including toilets, but at my big surprise, 1st the bus was durty, no toilets and unconfortable. when we left park station in jhb they told us that we will take an other bus. once on the road they did not put us in an other bus and when i complained, they told me they can't put me in another bus and i should stay quiet until we reach cape town. the bus was durty, no toilets onboard and it was overloaded with people. i have all the proofs: videos, photos i want to get my refund of R600 and i also want this company to shut down. i don't want other people to suffer and be treated like animales in long distance buses. Never, i mean never buy a Bus ticket of this company.
