Atlantic Funerals, Kensington, Cape Town lack of communication and no customer care

Atlantic Funerals situated in Kensington, Cape Town is one of the worst burial policy/service providers I have come across. I personally went to their offices to discuss a burial policy best suited for me. For 3 months I communicated with the owner as no debits were done, every month it was a different story as to why things were not in order. Unfortunately a family member passed away and chose to go with Atlantic Funerals as my grandmother was buried through them which in my naive mind was without problems as family members did not speak of their unhappiness. If you do not communicate with them, there will be no communication from them, although I stipulated what I wanted and what was important to me that went out the window. They do not care about customer service, whatever unhappiness you have they deal with you like they do not need your future service (the attitude some/many small businesses have when they are too comfortable with their current clientele). I had another funeral policy with Old Mutual and had way better customer service from them. If you looking for lack of communication and no customer care, I would refer you to Atlantic Funerals.
