Shocking customer service

Atlantic Drycleaners completely destroyed a R1,500 pair of linen trousers, yet they have not taken responsibility for any of it. There was no apology, no offer of a refund, and they even refused to reimburse the money paid for the dry cleaning service itself. To make matters worse, I was personally insulted and called "petty" for raising the issue. I deeply regret not checking the reviews on Hello Peter before trusting them with my item. You typically take expensive garments to a dry cleaner for special care, but this experience was the opposite. I sincerely hope everyone reads the comments on Hello Peter before trusting this company with their belongings. It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
