Dress ruined by so-called dry cleaning professionals

If I could leave a zero-star rating I would. Horrible is an understatement of the service we received. We handed my sister's R5000 matric dance dress in for dry cleaning at The Laundry Station 3 Arts. The dress was sent to Atlantic cleaners as they outsource the dry cleaning. The dress was inspected at The Laundry Station 3 Arts before being sent to Atlantic for dry cleaning. The dress was spotless. Not faults and most definitely not stains.

When the dress was returned and collected the dress was ruined. The pink sparkly dress is now missing sparkles. The bottom of the dress is now a stain that appears to be a dark oily substance. The dress is now also missing a **** cup which was definitely there.

After contacting The Laundry Station 3 Arts to report this issue, the dress was asked back so that they could send it to Atlantic, once again to inspect.

The rude owner, Zach Benade, refused all claims. He has called my mom a **** multiple times. Claiming they don't make stains, the clean is. He also claimed that the missing **** cup is a manufacturing fault together with the missing sparkles. This is not the case, the dress was in immaculate condition. The dress was purchased as well as altered by Bride & Co Canal Walk.

We are not in more than an R5,000 loss. The cost of the dress as well as the fee charged for the dry cleaning. The Laundry Station 3 Arts not Atlantic is taking responsibility or willing to compensate for this mess they caused.

I include here the last message sent by Zach Benade to my mom: "I will respond on that, the people at the laundry are not professional only counter people. We are the professional people. The lady that phoned you will phone you again today at the number on the invoice. We don't make stains we clean stains, specially mud stains. I will send your dress back to where you handed it in. I proofed to you everything, now that you can't get money ftom me you put a bad review on "
