Damaged my clothes beyond repair

The worst service I have ever received. Took a white Zara coat in that I had worn no more than two or three times, and it was first returned with yellow patches all over it. I asked them to please redo it and it was returned damaged (the inside line is torn all up the one sleeve and coming loose at the back) and grey in colour. I phoned them to explain what had happened and was told that the owner was on leave and that I would be contacted when he was back the following week (this went on for two weeks). When I finally did manage to get ahold of him, he was rude and said I needed to collect my coat. Upon arrival I was screamed at and intimidated. I really would not recommend their services- one of the worst experiences I have ever been through. Long story short- I was told that I brought the now unwearable coat in in that condition and was not given my money back (or an apology).
