Attempting to ****** Money from me

I took a loan with Atlas of R8000 with an agreed repayment of R13000, now it has been inflated to R29000???? This is so unacceptable. I spoke to certain Mr Govender who was utterly rude and don't wish to talk to him ever again. Please help sort this out asap!!
