Atcorp deducting unauthorized debit order

On 25/2022 deduct an unauthorized debit order of R2498.16 from my bank account. This is now day 5 that I'm waiting for my money to be refunded. I was told by Denise on 26/8 that it will be refunded either 26/8 or 29/8. Still nothing. R150 was also charged against my bank account for insufficient funds as this debit order was not part of my budgeting. The above action is going to cause that another one of my debit orders will not go through. Though my experience with Atcorp used to be good, this caused that I will not deal with them again. I need my money to be refunded still today.
