dishonest and ********

Our school was contacted by the company to buy cleaning detergents from them, when the secretary told them we are happy with our current suppliers they told her they would send her a sample to use to test the product. IN June just before the school closed we received 10 x 5l of detergent from them. She phoned their offices and they assured her not to worry as it was just a sample and we don't owe them anything. Low and behold in July we received a bill of nearly R6000,00 for detergents we didn't order. Luckily we haven't used it. They refuse to send us the proof of order as there is none as well as refuse to take their property back ( so stated on the delivery slip, with no invoice or any banking details) . Now 2 weeks later they increased the amount to R 9000,00 saying its interest. Very dishonest company . If they phone one should refuse to talk to them. We as of now will go and seek legal assistance.
