we need some clarity

my name is anonymous I was on a learnership of 2 ********** at atamelang offered by teta. We signed a 12 months contract amounting to R 24000. The learnership was cut shot by 2 months to my surprising we signed up for 24000 so wts going 2 happen 2 the other 4000 , because some of the students left without obtaining their code14 licences .If the system was so transparent this last two months this students could have benefited from this two months. what I would like teta to change this year is for them to come regularly to see the progress . because sometimes we spend a week or 2 without doing a thing because the bus is not in good condition they are buzzy fixing it , mind you time waits for no men . I think as any parent sending a child to school and paying tuition fees you expect to see results isn't it? and some interventions must be made. I feel like you just pouring money and don't care about the progress, like now the class of 2019 -2020 is about to start whereas the other one is not yet completed . How is this possible? what do we call this?***** or what pls help. now they refuse to give us th ui19 for us to go to dept of labour to claim our uif
