NO SERVICE

To start, unfortunately you have to at least select one star or else I would have left it blank. After paying a deposit a while before the pick up date and discussions, we settled on a pick up date of 27 Nov 2021. We were told that they would be there by 8am. No one pitched up. We were told later they were leaving Pretoria. Then for a few hours, we received no calls and no one answered our calls. Hours later we were told the truck broke down. The day went on with no truck arriving. Chantelle called and agreed there needs to be proper communication, we have not received a call from her again. I called the Ops manager, Matthew. He answered and said he will find out what the plan was even though he said he was not working that weekend. He didn't call back and never answered our calls again. Then there is Richard. Sweet talker from the start, a true salesman but has not until today delivered. AT 7pm on the Saturday, Richard said another truck would come on Sunday at 9am. The truck did not come on Sunday either. Monday morning we received an sms from Richard saying the one truck broke down and the other is full so he will refund our deposit. So now we were delayed. The new owners of our house had to be delayed to take ownership, all because the truck from @ your service did not pitch over the weekend. Until today, after calls from us and calls from Richard saying he would repay our deposit, NOTHING has happened. So at the end, the truck did not pitch up, we had find another provider and our deposit has not been refunded yet.
