Absolute Nightmare

I was supposed to be moved out on the 1st May 2021, after numerous calls and excuses Richard finally pitched up at 7pm and told me that they under quoted me and it will cost more this was agreed to and we agreed 11am on the 2nd May he would move us. After numerous calls on the 2nd of May we were told that they were no longer going to move us and they have no trucks available, they will refund us. I have been fighting since then to get a refund from the company. They are absolutely terrible and I will not recommend them to anyone!
