Threatens by a consultant of unknown Company

Approximately 2014 I received a call from a Medical road assistance, monthly fees of R100. I except the offer that was given to me and after the call the was not further contact from a consultant nor a agreement with membership number to use incase I need it. Middle of 2017 I received a call I need to pay the arrear amount due on this Medical road assistance, no one provide me with my membership number nor an agreement. I did the payment for the whole year till end of November which is the year fees. Kim, lady who threatens me with legal actions due to the fact that I refuse to pay any other funds ,cause I don't have a membership number and the company is unknown. Kim said I was rude and therefor I will pay (R2400) I did apologize for getting upset with the whole set up and I just need to pay funds and I don't know what for. I have a family to, to support. First I wanted to arrange for a stop order but Kim refuse and demand all the money paid into her account for the 2018 monthly fees (R2400) and never renewed my so called Medical road assistance and no 1 followed up on my renewal of this telephonic conversation in 2014, we are in 2017 already. I also wanted to stop this agreement and Kim told me I am not allowed to do that. I do have all the conversations on my phone between Kim and myself , if needed I can provide the effidence.
