Absolute *******!!!!! This instagram boutique is a major ****. Do NOT buy from them. They communicate fast before you make payment. Once you make payment, they ignore you and don't respond to messages or calls. They state that delivery takes 3-5 business days. This is a complete lie. It's been over 2 weeks/14 days and I'm still waiting for my order. They claim in their bio that they use Aramex and the courier guy. This is another lie and they then said they have a personal driver for Gauteng. They are very good at giving empty promises and then ignoring you. They claim to be running 5 different pages on instagram and that they get 500-600 customers per week. Yet their service is terrible and they refuse to invest into improving. They have blocked me and I still don't have my order.
