Phone them to hear if they have food to serve

I was there at 16h00 on Saturday, June 17, 2023. Beautiful setting with outstanding service. The food was a colossal flop. I ordered their Halloumi & Mushroom Basket, however, the server informed me that they were out of Halloumi. So I requested that the Halloumi be replaced with Vegetable Spring Rolls. After five minutes, the waiter returned to advise me that the spring rolls were out of stock. When I asked them to substitute their Brinjal and Parmesan, the server informed me that they were out of brinjals. Then I ordered the Vegetable Fashion Sandwich and Vegetable California Rolls from their sushi menu. The waiter informs me that they are also out of stock on that. I ended up getting a small plate of fries. Horribly horrible horrible. How unprofessional is this place - 50% of their menu was out of stock.
