Provident Fund Claim

I Claimed my provident funds about a month ago, but my application is still on their office, when I called they said they were going to start on this Monday working torwards the applications, it's like the delay is intentional, especially when they don't work during other weeks, as they said that they were not working, they will only work this week, This is so unfair because I'm in need of those funds and today when i made a phone call Adrie told me i must call them back on the 22 of May after so long again i still have to wait again for my claim to be process to momentum
