Please keep the R500 - you are doing so anyway!!!

on the 31st July i booked accommodation at At peace guesthouse in Mokopane. Due to personal obligations i had to cancel and immediately informed the establishment and requested their cancellation policy. i was then promised by a Phuti that i will be refunded the next day, the next day was in the first week of July - Many emails and phonecalls later i got excited thinking i have reached an understanding when i was told the boss( who is never available) did an EFT and the notification will be sent to me - upon which i received every notification including their phonebill but not mine. Today three weeks later, Lebo tells me that their manager is not available yet, that she will speak to him like she has done for the last three weeks Eish! is the resposne i get!!! i offered to get the couriers to collect my R500.00 but they couldn't guarantee that the money will be ready when the courier that i need to pay will collect. DON'T USE AT PEACE GUESTHOUSE, THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR CLIENTS,
