Absolutely atrocious service

I paid R600 for a wig to be made, I brought 4 bundles and a frontal. On collection, not only was she disorganized and the hair lying on a pile of other wigs that looked very old and untidy, the hair looked a bit thin but I trusted her word when she said all 4 bundles were used. The knots were barely bleached and the cap was way too small for my head. A few months down the line I take down the wig to replace the frontal with a closure and shockingly realize only 3 bundles were used. I informed her of this and experienced extremely poor communication. A week went by with no response. I had to message her AGAIN for a simple response. Long story short, she denies refunding me or sending me the 4th bundle, even though on collection she **** and said the full 4 bundles were used. I message her multiple times and her go to response is simply ignoring the messages. She only cares about people with a large following and regular customers are treated like ****.
