I bought a router on the 11 October 2024, The consultant was Kyle.

The router is not connecting and when I return it today 17 October 2024 He said he cannot refund me and He said I was supposed to return it within 48 hours. There is no any terms and condition stated / mentioned at the time of purchase.

I need my money back because I cannot use this router, but he refused to refund me.

I am not happy with the service and I don't recommend anyone to buy from this branch because whatever you buy you cannot get your money back if the item is not working.
