@homebash NOT RELIABLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

@homebash online is not reliable and the customer service is terrible I bought a bed on the 2 August 2023 and there was no communication regarding my delivery since then.Two weeks later I phoned bash enquiring about my delivery,it's only then I got told that there's no bed,the consultant couldn't even tell the reason for the cancelation of the order but they'll refund I then told the consultant that I don't want a refund,I want a bed that I purchased because I've already bought a mattress for the bed and it has been delivered,I even sent a photo of the mattress Now I'm left frustrated and stuck with a mattress without a bed,don't even know what I'm gonna do with the mattress

The consultant never apologized for the mess they got me into,he didn't care,was very ***********

Friendly advise: Don't buy from @homebash if u don't want disappointments
