In January 2024, I bought a set of Haden kettle and toaster worth R3 000.00. This year January 2025, I returned a 4 slice toaster because its lights doesn’t work properly and the left side of two slices doesn’t work properly it requires the right side to work. I was denied an offer for exchange. They promised to return my call and to date I’m still waiting. The merchandise is still under guarantee.
