These people are ************ to a degree. They charge almost double the rate of professional companies. They don't actually protect you and they are just all around unprofessional. It's a circus run by 2 people who can't seem to find their own tails.

To make it worse, if you cancel they will continue to debit your account and you will need to get your bank to reverse the debit orders.
