World-Class Service (not!)

I was **** to twice, I was told at an AT&T location in December that 1 phone and 1 tablet unlimited would be under $100 a month ($85) Then they added $20 a line. Retention person promised me a bill credit in February- it never happened!! Today, the retention specialist (lol) was OK ending the call with me saying that I will pay the bill with credit card then dispute while taking my business elsewhere with 8 years of solid payment history. I guess it is time to move on. I can't stand being **** to and that is what happened twice.
