Establishment cannot be classified as a "spa"

Deciding to spoil my best friend for her birthday, I bought a couples voucher for treatment at your “spa”. What a joke it turned out to be!

I have the following complaints:

1. Treatment time was listed as 75 minutes. Ours was 60 minutes, including time mentioned in point two 2. The ladies had to step out of the room numerous times to collect hot water, cloths....you name it 3. The “pretty flowers” under the bed was covered in dust and just thrown in haphazardly 4. The wooden floors creaked every time one of the ladies so much as moved, never mind the bed creaking during the entire treatment - which in turned played a big role in spoiling the whole treatment. 5. Music is suppose to be background ambience, not so loud you can hear it down the passage 6. The scrub was so dry, a few layers of skin was removed from our backs 7. There was no “flow” between different massage/scrub treatments
