Horrible experience with astute homes

Worse experience of buying a house. I signed a an OTP with the agent for a property in Naturena. The agent doesn't communicate , never takes calls and is full of stories. As a first time buy I'm not enjoying the experience of buying a property. I don't wish for any one to deal with astute homes. All they do is wait for the commission while you as a buyer have to do your own investigation because the agent can't take calls or is avoiding you.
