We seeked out assistance in purchasing a home from an agent named Bridgette Robertson from Astute Homes. We found a house and made an offer to the seller. When we signed the offer to purchase the estate agent later went to the seller to get their signatures but made inclusions in the annexure without informing us the purchaser knowing that it would be a conflict of interest interest. This is ********** activity as changes to an agreement cannot be made without informing involved parties. No the seller is refusing to vate the property based on an agreement he ans the estate agent made together.
