talk badly to us after I drove 23km for a service

I have a astrum for 2 years now, screen broken, I emailed astrum and explained that I bought it private and have lost all paper work and prove of purchas and need to fix it they said I must take it to there durban branch to fix for R300, I drove all the way from amanzimtoti to astrum durban and redufe to fix it, I have cash to repair still refuse!! What if I have 6 astrums and something brake then I loose all the money!! I also emails the problem to the ombudsman and scorpion legal for this stupidity. A m trying to fix it now for year! I am a pensioner and can't affort up and down drive. Bad very bad service.
