WORSE ASTRON EVER IN PE.

I really don't know where to start. I live in the Summerstrand Area, I always use to fill up petrol At the Caltex, Then it became Astron Energy, so I Thaught let me go to another feul Company, so one day whilst working in Moffett on main P. E, I needed feul for my car, so the nearest station was Astron,i sighed, to my surprise, service was superb, plus Gentlemen told me about Rewards and prize I can get, I was like thank you and told him I would register in summers cos I work there.

So I went to summerstrand Astron, registered and filled up, for the first two times I went there everything went smooth, recieved rewards and so fought..

Here comes the best, So I went 1 evening to fill up petrol, About R350, the gentlemen said rewards machine is off, should give him my cell nr, So done that. Went The next morning, filled up again about R280, I asked attendant did he rectify problem he said yes, But told him I got no sms. The. I went to Manager, he said, he thinks he remember but not sure if he done it or nor😡😡, I told him I didn't receive a sms, so what does that mean, It means you never ****ing register the reward amount. Filled up the morning again, to my surprise machine not working.. Gave numbers,came next night, same thing again..

Then I decided to go to manager in morning, but she to ****ing stupid, to understand, I had a total like almost R3000 of rewards outstanding, female manager said she will rectify and call me, so I'm still waiting not a call to date..

So now I went to garage in summerstrand, I tell guy to put a250 feul, then I notice the guy helping me owes me R350 for Petrol reward, which I told him to get rewards machine..
