Unsatisfied customer

Every morning I go to the garage to buy a sip up and something else, whenever my change involves a 10c,they never give it to me. If I'm 10c short on the items I buy they will never give me the items until I pay the 10c short. If they cash up and imagine for every 10c they hold back how much they get the end of the day. When approaching the staff about the 10c they give me short they get very abrupt and unfriendly. 10c is 10c, people are battling and can't afford to be ****** even with small amount like that.
