Unhappy Customer

On the 28th of August 2024 , I visted the Caltex on the corner of Range Road Stellenboch Arterial /Stellendale to fill up. The transaction amount was R868.69 and I asked the petrol attendant to print my reciept and invoice so I can enter the competion and recieve the scratch card. He advised that they don't have any scratch cards available that day. He called his manager, they wrote my details on a piece of paper and they will contact me once the scratch cards are available. Until today the 04 of September , the manager still has not contacted me and nor has she given feedback .
