UNEXPECTABLE SERVICE!!

We were at the Astron energy Petrol station in Hout Bay as we bought our goodies from the fill up shop and needed to make use of their bathroom facilities. We saw that in the ladies bathroom was no toilet paper as we asked for assistance no one could help us. I asked everyone in the shop one sent me to the other and after about 20min they told me that of there is no toilet paper they cannot assist us. For us as ladies this is unexpectable to expect us to buy toilet paper at a public Petrol station. I am very upset with the service that we got!!
