Terrible service from a manager

Terrible service at canehaven astron service station. Arrived at approximately 19:37 to fill fuel, I went into the freshstop while my partner waited to fill up, I came out and we were still waiting to be served and as we sat there we watched other people being served but not us,he even hooted twice. At 20:15 we decided to leave as we were not going to be attended to, as we left we stopped an attendant who was having a good laugh with a customer who was actually served by someone else and was about to leave. He said he was busy seeing to cars, we asked for the manager who was filling another car at the time, he said his name was Clive Perumal, when my partner showed him our receipt which shows the purchase at 19:44 and it was now 20:19 and we weren't served, he said they came to our car and no one was there, which is a lie, we asked him to check his camera footage, I also said he could speak to the lady inside, I had went in alone and the garage was relatively quite on the day, there were no queues or anything. Instead of apologizing for maybe an oversight he tried to blame us, absolutely inappropriate conduct from a manager. It's a pity that these people don't value their customers at all, I am a regular at that service station as I live nearby and spend thousands of rands there.
