I requested petrol for an amount of R 300 and the attendant debited R 3000, he did a card machine refund of R2700 but I still do not have my money in my account. My debit orders are bouncing and my bank says the hold to release my funds is from your side. This happened at Astron Keyway Motors in Newcastle on the 25/10/25 in the AMs by Phumlani the attendant. Their customer care line is of no help as not only do they know the direct line to the garage above but they put you on hold for over an hour to no avail. I want my money back.
