Rude Owner!! Awful and unprofessional Sys

Astron Energy Queenstown, 179 Cathcart St On the 8th I went to Fill up at this Gas Station and when I paid the cashier said their Card Machines have a Problem and they have been having a problem. So he said the transaction did not go through so me being an honest Person I paid cash and when I got home I found out that the transaction did Debit my account and when I went back there they kept sending me back and forth and were unable to Assist me and I went back and did the owner not Talk to me like I am an idiot? And on their system the lady assisting me told me that the transaction is “waiting for finalization meaning the fault is on their side and all I wanted was for them to give me my cash back and then we deal with whatever the problem is!! And he told all sort of nonsense and I am pretty certain even the Staff is afraid of him because of how rude and Nasty he is!! I did not get my money back and as a customer I am supposed to have left that Station with some kind of solution but because he doesn’t care about customers he just cares about selling them Harmful Fuel- Watered-Down fuel
