Poor Service at Filling Station

Two weeks ago I went to fill up petrol at the Linksfield filling station, I have been a customer there since they opened. On this day I used a card to pay for my petrol. When I got home I realised that they have debited my card twice. In spite of my plea for refund, my plea has fallen on deaf ears. I have provided my bank statements to show the transactions, management steadfastly refuse to give me a refund and some of the staff members have been very rude. They don't care about the reputation of the company. I will never go back there and I promise to get my money back one way or the of the other
