Poor service

Hello, I have received poor of the poorest service from astron energy birchleigh, firstly at 10pm the cashier was missing and never found till everybody left ,then two forecourt attendants made it clear that they got nothing to do with her disappearance as long as they have speed point they don't need her, they refused to give me and other clients the manager telephone number saying the manager don't need to be disturbed when it's late (Andrew) , they advised us to call Astron helpline for assistance, how does such a big brand leave the entire filling station to such people at night , a whole 24 hours operating business? That was shocking
