Petrol dispute

, I filled up with R200 at Astron in Worcester, High Street on Friday, 29.08.2025. My fuel light came on in the morning and I filled up at about 15:00. The gates did not indicate anything and the fuel light did not go away, even after I drove around for about 2 hours. I went back to the garage and the manager was not there but phoned and said the petrol went through. I put R200 in another gas station the next day and the light disappeared. I contacted Astron, they responded that I must send receipt, which I didn't have, because I never take one. The garage could not assist and I am still waiting on response after another 2 mails send.
